Name the problem and treatment
Ask what pest was identified, what areas will be treated and how the proposed method addresses the findings. Request a written service description so another provider can quote a comparable scope.
Separate the charges
- Initial inspection or treatment.
- Follow-up visits and whether they are included.
- Recurring service frequency and price per visit or billing period.
- Renewal charges, cancellation terms and any minimum commitment.
- Retreatment conditions and exclusions.
Compare the same period
A low initial price can sit alongside a longer recurring commitment. Ask the provider for the total scheduled charges over the period you are considering, and what happens when that period ends. Keep optional services separate.
Ask about the limits
Confirm which pests, buildings and access conditions are covered. A retreatment promise may have conditions; ask the provider to point to them in the agreement. RipOffRadar cannot assess the infestation or verify treatment effectiveness.
